Businesses understand the value of safe, sustainable trails |
Local and regional businesses understand the importance of stewardship of the trail system that provides intimate access to the natural beauty of Red Rock country. As a primary attraction for visitors and residents - the trails are an important asset for our vibrant economy. Since 2020, use of the trails has increased dramatically – straining the system. The cost of maintenance, enhancement, user education and forest stewardship exceeds $1,000,000/year. Through our generous donors, the Sedona Red Rock Trail Fund provides ~$700,000/year to supplement federal allocations. The singular mission of the Sedona Red Rock Trail Fund is supporting the trail system in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek in the USFS Red Rock Ranger District. As a 501c3 non-profit and official partner of the USFS, supporters have the satisfaction and assurance that their donations are used specifically for stewardship of the trails. We have a number of partner programs at different giving levels - so every business can participate: Standard donations - give any amount at any time including in-kind gifts and services.
