When: October 12-19th, 2024
How does it work? Participants agree to donate a fixed amount of money for select items sold. Each participant can determine their own promotion details (per glass, per bottle, specific drink, etc.) and remit the donation to the SRRTF directly per an individually signed agreement with SRRTF.
There is no upfront cost to participating establishments. All promotional materials and advertising will be provided by SRRTF.
Sponsor promotion: Each sponsor will receive promotion materials to promote the event on-site and online, including signage suitable for indoor or outdoor placement, tabletop tents, flyers, staff buttons, social media graphic elements. Printed materials will also feature QR code for customer direct donations to SRRTF.
SRRTF promotion: The SRRTF will promote the event with print and online advertising to the public as well as to our subscribers and partner organizations.
